A Pixie dust halloween

Hi everyone, I hope you had great bank hol wkends those of you who had bank holiday wkends! We didn't get to the football after all, it was cancelled due to the other team having an fa cup replay today but the girls get to do the mascot thing next wk so instead we went to the Matthew st festival in Liverpool yesterday. It was amazing weather and really great fun with excellent music, here are my girls at the festival.

Todays card though is a halloween card. I have been so itching to use my new halloween stamps from waltzing mouse and my new digi stamps from Pixie dust and today has been my first chance, I have so much more creative halloween stuff planned!!!

I have followed the sketch this wk over at stamp with fun and have used this fabulous witch brew label stamp from the wandas pantry set from waltzingmouse stamps along with this new cute pixie dust stamp from their monster house range. These fabulous papers are from a massive freebie download range from a great new site I have found called Pixels and Ice cream, check it out their papers are fabulous and free!!!!! This is their halloween range of course along with some black lace, orange ribbon, black brads and purple gems from my stash. My flowers are mulberry crafts (who have a super fast delivery service and are great value!) and my stunning butterfly die cut is another yummy purchase from hobbyhabitat. I have stitched the spiderweb with black embroidery thread.

I am entering this into the Pixie dust challenge this wk of stitching and also A crafty little places challenge of anything goes. Can't wait to start doing more halloween things I love it it nearly as much as xmas! I swear I should have been born in the US and not in the UK lol! Thanks so much for coming by my blog again everyone it is lovely to have you here and to read your comments! Hugs to all

So do you fancy your chances at winning this cute prize?

All you have to do is create a summer inspired creation! Easy enough huh?! Pity there isn't a great deal of sunshine to inspire us so lets bring some summer sun into the crafting room!
I have made a bag this wk using papermania papers and this cute digi (fairy pat) from the crafty sentiments store. I have followed the sketch this wk over at sweet sketch wednesday too.

Here is a more frontal view of the bag. My buutterflies are Marianne creatables and MS punched on lemon glitter card. My diamantees are from stash as is my lace which has been folded under my image as a broder. My flowers are wild orchids.

Here is a better view of that cute fairy coloured in Prisma with sparkly stickles on her wings and wand.

Woo hoo to me!

Hiya folks, happy sat to you all! I hope the bank hol wkend is going well for everyone! I'm busy at work just now and tomorrow but Mon I get to have a proud mum moment as both my girls are stepping out on the pitch as Mascots at the Chester City football match!
I also wanted to remind everyone of a special charity function we are having over at OSAAT on 12th sept. We are raising awareness (and a little cash hopefully!) for a wonderful cause. Cameron is a little autistic boy who you can read more about here. A charity which is close to my heart as my nephew is also autistic. So please join us in a couple of wks for that one!

Now on to my fabulous news and that is that Janet over at Pink Gem designs has asked me to become permanent on their DT!!!! I have been lucky enough to have been a guest designer with Janet for the last 3 months and have now been even luckier to covet that permanent DT place (doing major happy dance now!)

Don't forget to join us over at a gem of a challenge this month, there is still time until 7th sept and Jennys sketch is fab!

Good morning folks! Todays sees another challenge over at the crafy sentiments digi challenge blog and this one is a nice easy one for those like me who love a little DISTRESSING I have used this cute digi from the crafty sentiments store called Flopsy with flower and created a distressed image using my prismas and Holtz distress inks for colouring.
