Hello folks! Hope everyone is well!
Is anyone getting into the Olympics then? I am not a sport watching type of person but I quite like the Olympics (especially the Men's Gymnastics and the Men's diving mmm lol!) How about that opening ceremony too? Utter craziness in my opinion, quintisentially British of course but totally nuts!
It's challenge time again over at Creative inspirations and our theme is "In the garden", we have a fab new sponsor Flonz stamps so do check them out!
Here is my card..
I have used Prima Alla Prima papers for my card along with flowers from WOC and sentiment from LOTV.
My image is one of the new Saturated Canary digis Catching butterflies, she has been coloured with prismas and I have used a SU flourish stamp in forest moss DI around the edges.
Ha ha funny that this card is full of sunshine and sunny days which is the complete opposite of what we have at the moment!

Has anyone else reached their limit on photos with Picassa too? They want to charge me $2.50 per month for photo storage now grrrr, I'm wondering if there is a way around this now?

Rebekah this is beautiful, stunning colour choice and fantastic details. Our girls have just won GOLD whooo hoo, I am loving all this sport on the telly :) Joey x
ReplyDeleteRebekah, I hit my limit a week or two ago. But I just went back in and resized my photos in Picasa. I have over 750 to resize to go but the ones I have resized has made a difference. I make mine anywhere between 500 pixels to 800. Go to your Picasa folder with your photos in it. Click on a photo, Go to "Actions" then click on "Edit in Creative Kit", then go over to "Resize". Keep the "Keep Proportions" ticked and then pick a number and add it to the first box, for eg. 600. It will automatically recalculate the other box size to make sure its the correct dimension. But you must keep the "Keep Proportions" box ticked so it calculates the proper proportions. Then click "Apply" and then click on the "Save to my Album" and then Click yes to replace the photo. Resizing brings down the percentage of storage you have. You need to go through and do this to all your photos and any new photos you add too. Beautiful card by the way, lol. Lee x

ReplyDeleteI've resized my pics in Picasa down to 799 pixels and freed up 25% and only did a couple of albums.
Also once loaded onto my blog I add the pics for DT challenges blogs through Picasa too.
