Hello! Time for another challenge over at stampin for the weekend and due to the festive season, this one will run for 3 wks rather than 2wks. We also have a super easy challenge of christmas this time, so any last minute christmassy creations you are still working on can be entered!
I chose to use this beautiful sweetpea stamp which I have had for a while but had not yet inked up, she is stunning isn't she? This card is actually for my mum and I doubt I will have sent it by the time this is posted so maybe she won't be looking today!
I have followed the sketch this time at create for fun and my gorgeous papers are free (yes FREE!!) super digi downloads from far far hill. If you haven't been across there do, there is sooooo much fabulous vintage freebies to download!
I have coloured my gorgeous fairy with Prismas and have distressed all my paper and image edges with stormy sky ala Tim Holtz. My edges are also silver stickled to the max! My glittery snowflakes are from a hobbycraft stash I've had for an age and my pearls are from stash. My sentiment circle is a digi one from crafty sentiments and my spotty ribbon is also a hobbycraft purchase which has been distressed with vintage photo. No flowers today but still stacks of sparkle and pretty!
I would like to enter this lovely into another multitude of festive challenges! Incy wincy non traditional xmas, Cupcake crafts non traditional xmas, Lexis creations glitter and pealrs, Pink elephant winter wonderland, Spoonfull of sugar christmas card, Top tip tues xmas inspired, Simon says stamp, silver, blue & white, Flutterby weds open, Crafts and me moody blues, In a sweetpea dream anything goes, Allsorts last min xmas, Catch the bug winter wonderland with sparkle, Cupcake inspirations (photo), sweetpea stampers anything goes and stamptacular winter wishes.
Phew after all that I hope you will join us sometime over the next 3 wks. Why not pop across and see some of the stuning creations from our brilliant DT (they really are fab!) Big merry xmas hugs to you all!
