HI again folks, I hope you are all managing to keep well with all the illnesses floating about!
It's a little bit crazy in our house at the moment, the kiddies are off school and are running around the house like mad things! We have managed to get some homework done each day so that's a pretty good achievement!
Our current house status is I have one on the PC, one hula hooping on the Wii fit (that's always amusing to watch!) and one watching it all with relative amusement waiting for his homemade ice lolly to freeze!
So have you checked out those new releases from saturated Canary yet?! Wow I love them all! We have a new challenge too starting over at the Saturated Canary challenge blog and this one is no square or rectangle cards! Well this makes me scream and run for cover! The only thing worse than making a shaped card for me is a CAS card I'm just no good at it! So I struggled with my comfort zone but I have seen a few of these cards made from a folded circle and figured it was about time I had a go!
I have used my fave papers from Black market paper society again available HERE. I cut a circle and then used an MS doily punch to create the edging. My flowers and lace are from WOC. My pretty butterfly is from little snippets, my bling flourish from sarah's and my sentiment is Waltzingmouse.
I have used this perfect image from saturated Canary called ice cream and pickles. I love her so much but was never sure how much I would use her! But it just so happens Amelia's teacher at school is leaving to have a baby soon and now I have just found out my cousin is pregnant too so she is going to get another use soon! I have coloured her with prisma pencils and have edged everything in spiced marmalade. I have also machine stitched all my edges.
I would like to enter this into ABC J is for Jazz it up, Whimsy anything but square, Fab and funky try something new, Pennys paper crafty anything goes, Craft your days away getting stitchy with it and Cupcake cards and crafts new beginnings.

Another stunner Rebekah you really do do SC fantastically well. Love this image but then I love all the SC images. Spotted at least 5 more that I'll no doubt have before the weekend gets here and I've not coloured one in yet! And don't get me started on paper - I bought 3 more 6x6 pads online last night and I've not even unpacked what I bought from my trip Lisa's and the Manchester show!

Rebekah, this card is stunning. I love the shape of the card. Im enjoying the last few hours of being 31!! My wee Mammy has been on the phone already telling me that this time 32 years ago she was in labour and excited about the arrival of her first baby! I get the same phone call EVERY year, lol. I am so inspired by you it was seeing how you use your lace that I did the same thing on a card recently I always thought that I should take it around the card and adhere it but thanks to your creativity I now realise that I don't have to. That bling is also awesome.

I'm with you on the Paypal thing, I keep popping on to sites and buying all things digital in the wee small hours - basically 'coz it's there and being digital the gratification is pretty much instant (I KNOW, I'm an addict, what can I say!)
