Saturated Canary DT card April showers

Good evening friends! Well it's been a bit of an icky day for me today. The weather has started to brighten up enough for drying washing and getting the kids out and about but my darling little boy woke up this morning sick and has been a poorly little man all day, good job I can dry washing!
I can't even put it down to too much chocolate as he really hasn't eaten much at all and practically nothing yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow will be better as we have promised them a trip out to the Cheshire Ice cream farm. Anyone who lives close to go there HAS to they do the most amazing ice cream!
Anyway on to todays card which is for the new challenge over at Saturated Canary which is APRIL SHOWERS, pretty apt for the UK weather at the moment!
I have used papers for my card from wild rose studio and Bo bunny, I am really quite chuffed with myself for using up my papers, it just proves I really don't need to buy any and seeing the tiny dent it has all made so far proves I probably don't need to buy any for at least the next year lol!
My fab ribbon is one I have had in my stash for ages. My flowers are WOC and Mulberry crafts, my bling swirl is from Sarah's and my butterfly is little snippets. My sentiment is SU.
I knew exactly what image I would use for my card she is one of my first ever Saturated Canary images that I saw over at Angela's blog and I have always loved her! I would like to say she is my fave but then there are quite a few faves of mine! I have coloured her with prisma pencils and lightly inked around the edges in vintage photo ink.
For anyone looking to buy SC images, the shop is now back open after Krista's Easter break and then she was unfortunately a little sick yesterday.
I would like to enter this into..
Paper playtime umbrella, Papertake weekly April showers, Digi tues birthdays, Oldie but goodie April showers, Simon says stamp apriil showers bring spring flowers and flutterby wednesday birthdays.
Thanks for coming by my blog again, do check out the rest of the teams stunning creations and don't forget SC are sponsoring Divas by design this week so get over there and join in for a chance to win some of Krista's fab digis!
Big hugs
