Friday sketchers

Hi everyone, thanks so much for coming by again and checking out my blog! Today I have followed Jaques sketch over at friday sketchers and it's a great one! I am also putting this forward for the sentimental sundays theme this wk of for that someone special and paperplays theme of stamp and bling and also digital tuesdays a toast to you, food and drink challenge (my papers are my digi element although my stamp isn't and there are cherries on my papers hope that counts lol!)

I have used this gorgeous princess Tilda stamp from the new magnolia fairytale range along with yummy digi Nitwits papers again. The sentiment ticket stamp is pink gem designs and the crown charm is from bunny zoes. Flowers and pearls are wild orchid crafts and the ribbon from stash.

The butterfly and crown have been stickled up and some tattered rose distress ink has been used around the image and papers. Are any of you laughing ar me yet since yesterdays endevour? Cos, yes I have used the sewing machine again on this card, I only broke 3 needles in the process this time! I guess I wasn't made to be a seamstress but I like the effect, although don't be expecting any zigzags as thats how I broke the needles lol! Have fun wkends people, I will be off to work so hugs to all and thanks lots for your comments Rebekah xx

Hi there Rebekah - you'll not get a job in "underworld" then with Janice and the gang??
Love the card though that cherry paper is gorgeous- and Tilda looks wonderful in the pink and green.
Re the cake template oi got it online from a free site. I will try and remember which one and send you the link.

Gorgeous card, Rebekah - well done for persisting with the stitching despite the 3 broken needles (it turned out perfectly). That's why I hand-stitch - too afraid of machinery!!!

And thanks for joining us on PaperPlay this week.
