Creative Inspirations bingo challenge

Morning everyone! We had a lovely (albeit slightly emotional) night last night for Amelia's leavers show/Oscar night from yr 6 at Primary school. They put on a great little show and all looked so stunning in their finery! At the end they showed some photos of all the kiddies since reception and how they have changed throughout the years (this is when the lump caught my throat!)
Here is my (baby) girl all ready to go out..
(note the prima butterflies I stitched to her shoes to match her dress!)
Here she is with her oscar from the night
Here she is with some of her friends after the oscar presentation
And here she is with her best friend
How grown up they all are and just 11 years old!
Ok after all the memories it's time to show you my card for this weeks Creative Inspirations challenge which is a fab bingo challenge do check out the grid it's super easy! We are again sponsored by the fabulous Simon says stamp!
I have chosen to use Pink, Flowers and Polka dots and here is my card..
I have used Tim Holtz shabby chic papers along with Jute, flowers and floral binding from WOC, my sentiment is LOTV and my butterfly is of course little snippets.
My wonderful image (isn't she so cute?!) is another from the incredible Sureya on DeviantART and I have coloured her with prisma pencils. I have edged in victorian velvet with an SU flourish stamp.
I will enter this into...
Crafty creations free for all, Pennys paper crafty anything goes, Sir stampalot crafty passion (mine is pink, pencils and flowers!), Creatalicious anything goes and Dis digi designs pile on the flowers.
Now off to another thing at school, this time it's a musical performance for my other daughter, see busy busy this time of year!
Thanks for coming by my blog and do check out what my teamies have done!
Big hugs
sparkle -

Beautiful Daughter of yours, these are the special moments we mothers cherish, enjoy her Childhood. My oldest is 18 and is in Barcelona on a Student Exchange for a month and I don't know where all this childhood time has gone. Lovely card, this is a cute image, as always lovely way of putting it together!

Hi Rebekah, sorry I've not been by for a little while - I know just what you mean about busy time of year. First time I've been through this and I'm finding all the school events, b'day parties and cats having kittens a bit time consuming ;-)

Gorgeous card and I've bookmarked the wonderful images for browsing later.

Wonderful pictures as well, your daughter is just beautiful and her dress stunning! What a great thought as well to add the butterflies onto her shoes.

Hope you have a good rest of week and I promise to visit more often.

PS - I think if Em's school do a montage of them growing up when she leaves I won't have a tear in my eye, I'll be in floods of tears!!!
