Creative card crew challenge for a child

Hi peeps, I know it's been a few days since I blogged but it has been one sick child after another in this house! I'm hoping we are coming to an end of it now! We do have a new challenge over at creative card crew this wk and it is "a card for a child" challenge. We are sponsored by the Stitchy bear store too for our fab prize! My card has been made with an adorable image from Kelleys kids at the stitchy bear store, isn't she cute! I have also followed the sketch this wk at friday sketchers. My fab DP is a stunning digi set from Pink gem designs, gotta love these colours! My chiffon ribbon is some my mum sent me in the post (she saves all her bits of ribbon, bags boxes etc so that magpie here can store it all for future use!!) My button is from stash amd my metal corner is from the fabby e crafts. My flowers are a mix of wild orchids and mulberry crafts and my sentiment is whimsy. It's my daughters best friends birthday tomorrow and she is 9 so I can just about get away with a cute card like this before I have to move on to the more grown up images!
