Pink gem new releases!!!

Good morning everyone! We are late risers in this house today due to the most fantastic evening last night! I will try and pop back on later with some not so great photos but my 2 girls sang with the young voices choir at the MEN arena last night and it was incredible! Over 5000 children sang and danced and we didn't get home until 11.15pm! Hence the kids were allowed to go to school late this morning!
Onto todays card though and this is a sneaky peek look at the new release over at Pink gem designs due in this wk and there are some real cutees coming in!! This is spring Chloe (yep I said spring!) I think she is much needed in amoungst all this British snow right now!

I have followed the sketch this wk over at Fairymoon for my card and have used these fabulous Autumn haze papers from the creative cottage, I just love this colour combo (dont forget I will be showcasing the December freebie tomorrow and you won't want to miss it as it's a beauty!).
Beautiful Chloe has been coloured with Prismas and the edges of the image ditressed and sparkled with pleated lace underneath from my stash. My flowers are of course wild orhids and my ribbon is from the bargain bin at Hobbycraft. My fabulous die cut corner and stunning die cut butterfly are from a brilliant selection at Hobbyhabitat, my pearls are from stash and my sentiment is Stampin up.

I also want to enter this lovely into Totally stampalicious anything goes challenge, top tip tues anything goes and Charismas one for the girls challenge.
Thanks for coming by again, I'm busy this wk with cake making and xmas decorations etc so hopefulli I won't neglect you all too much I apologise if I do! Hugs all

OSAAT pick or season or an event challenge

Hi everyone, lovely to have you here! Today sees another challenge over at OSAAT which this wk is an anything goes theme of picking a season or an event, so a summer or winter card or possibly just a birthday, xmas or in my case new baby card.
I was lucky enough to work with this lovely image by one of our creators Eiglas available in the store now. She is so sweet and I have given her bright red hair as the friend I have made this for (who still has 3 wks to go before her baby girl is born) has another little girl whose hair is as bright orange/red as this so I'm assuming the little girl yet to be born will be similar!!

I have used papers from my stash, sorry can't tell you where they are from! I have used a stunning piece of wide lace with pink ribbon through which I got from e bay. I have distressed my image and papers with Tim Holtz worn lipstick and have edged my image with folded lace. My spotted ribbon is also from stash as is my little dummy charm (I used these on my son's christening favours 3 yrs ago!) My butterfly is cut with Marianne d's, my flowers are wild orchids, my pearls are from stash and my sentiment stamp is waltzing mouse.

I have followed the sketch this wk over at pink elephant and am also entering this into digital tuesdays anything with wings challenge (hope my butterfly counts!), City crafters children challenge, Freshly breweds show off your style (this is so me!), Charismas baby challenge, Digi doodle shops best anything goes challenge, Crazy 4 challenges circles challenge, crafty Emmas lovely lace challenge and Allsorts lace, ribbon and charm challenge.
I hope you can join in with our super easy challenge this wk and don't forget to pop across and check out the other DTs work this wk. Enjoy your sundays! Hugs to all

Crafty sentiments red & black challenge

Morning folks, ok I have procrastinated enough on this one! Today over at crafty sentiments the challenge is to use red and black. I really don't know what it was about this that I just couldn't get with this wk. I think if I was doing a sassy image like a Kenny K or Barbara Jensen I would LOVE this colour combo as it makes me think of feathers and boudoir (lol!) but I tried to go sort of xmassy with this and I think I failed miserably!
I didn't have time to create another DT creation so please feel free to run away and hide as I'm not too thrilled with this!

I have used the sketch over at sketch saturday and have used papers from Rusty pinkle and stssh, I have embossed the bottom card with a script embossing plate, my flowers (I really am not happy with) are partially stash partially wild orchids, with punched leaves. My image has been coloured with prismas and I have added fun flock and stickles to her cuffs and neck.

Please check out the other DT work it is so much better than mine lol! There is a new freebie on the blog today too and some gorgeous circle digi sentiments in the store too. I promise to make mr Mojo come back and make something as nice as I made yesterday! Hugs to you all

A beautiful new fairy

Hello my lovely followers and visitors! There was no card yesterday, unfortunately due to family commitments of all the DT the pocket full of posies challenge blog will be no more. I had lots of fun in the short time I was there though.
So I am back today with a challenge card made with a new stamp that I bought from crafts and me and isn't she stunning?! Sorry for the not so fab light again!

I have followed the sketch this wk over at fairymoon and have used these beautiful papers from pink petticoat. My fabby flowers are wild orchids with my hip roses from mulberry crafts. I have glittered it all with stickles and mounted on glitter cardstock and her wings are also sparkled to the max! My butterflies are MS punched and my little pearls are from stash.
I would also like to enter this into Crafts and me challenge of glitter, Stamp with funs square challenge and spoonfull of sugars distressing challenge.

I have coloured her with prisma pencils and distressed the edges of my image with dusty concord and lavender stickles. I have stamped a small SU flourish round the outside in pink.

OSAAT favourite colours challenge

Hi Folks! First of all I must apologise for my absence, I was quite poorly on friday so no crafting at all for a couple of days, thank heavens this creation was already made for todays challenge over at OSAAT. This wk we are asking you to use your fave colours. OK, I sort of cheated here as we all know my faves are def pinks and lilacs with tonnes of flowers! However I was given gingerlofts carousel reindeer to use, which you can buy here and it just begged to be made into a carousel gift box and my fave colours for my xmas creations at the moment are classic, vintage creams, golds, reds and greens.
So I have made this cute xmas gift box in the shape of a carousel, there are 3 reindeer around it. I have used gorgeous vintage freebies from far far hill again for my papers, there are even more over there I need to download asap!!

I have made a circular box with a lid that fits inside the box and a seperate cone on top for decoration. I have distressed with tea dye and sparkled with stickles. My pearls are from stash and my stunning lace from Wild orchids.
I have coloured my reindeer image with Prisma pencils.

I am entering this into ABCs challenge of H is for holidays, Freshly brewed 2 or more patterned papers, Fab and funkys circles challenge, Cute card thursdays anything goes, Stamp somethings digi day challenge, Crazy 4 challenges xmas items, totally gorjuss traditional xmas colours, bee craftys xmas challenge and 2 sisters xmas challenge.
