Divas by design Cute

Woo hoo! Me again! I know I must be feeling better if I'm posting twice in one day!
Just in time too as both of my girls have gone off on residentials (at the same time!!!) so it's just me , hubby and my 5 yr old son Caleb. We are taking him to Pizza hut tonight for a treat!
Anyway I am back here for the new challenge at Divas by Design which this time is "cute". We are sponsored by the lovely Joanna Sheen and just want to see those cute things on your cards (let's be honest most things are just darn cute!) Here is my card..
Aww my favourite maggie! yes she actually is, I have a tonne of magnolias that I love but this one is def my fave, she was a special edition stamp and just adorable! I have used Tim Holtz shabby chic papers on my card along with lace and flowers from WOC, I also have some Kort & Godt flowers popped in there too.  My pretty butterfly is little snippets and my sentiment is walzingmouse.
I have coloured my image with prisma pencils and added some glossy accents to her hearts. I have also used some LOTV grunge postmarks around the edge and some vintage photo DI. I really need to buy some more of this and my picket fence crackle paint before I run out like I have done of cheesecloth!!! I have ordered more but it isn't here yet (sigh)
Do see what the rest of the DT have made for this challenge there are some stunners over there today!
And look what I got up to last night....
Christmas chutney! I am making these for presents for the teachers at Christmas and for some family and friends too! I am also going to make Chilli jam, nothing like homemade pressies to warm the heart (and ease the bank balance!)
Thanks for coming by my blog again everyone!
Big hugs

Another stunning card Rebekah - your colour choice and embellies are just wonderful. Super cute image as well.

Now then, we must have been separated at birth you know (if you ignore the fact that I'm older than you!) - I've just sat down at the old lappy after making Strawberry jam this evening!! Jam / chutney - amazing coincidence, eh!!

Love making chutneys and jams - very satisfying isn't it.

Sounds like you are having fun without your girls - bet Caleb enjoyed Pizza Hut, or the Pizza shop as my SHWMbO calls it.

Cheerio
